Impact runs seven flexo printing presses, including two Bobst Gidue M-line machines. The M-line presses can produce up to ten colours with, de-lam-re-lam and turnerbar for printing on the adhesive or backing. A silk screen unit, cold foiling unit and lamination head allows for in-line embellishments such as metallic features and textured print. The M3 also has a booklet module for multi-layer and extended content labels.

All our of our flexo printing presses can product labels on roll, in sheets or singles and as fanfold packs. Our six colour NilPeter press is cost effective on medium runs and our Arsoma printing presses offer wider web width for efficiency. We can also add inkjet numbering in-line and run hi-co and lo-co magnetic coding strips.

For shorter runs and variable work, our Mark Andy Digital One printing press offers unrivalled print quality and no origination costs. It can add laminates, metallic foil, specialist varnishes, spot colour and die-cut to convert to finished reels in-line on one pass.

For offline finishing and plain label production, we have two PLD and an SRD machine. Again, by offering master reels converted straight to finished rolls using a turret rewind, our plain labels are priced competitively. Impact also has a Lemu finishing machine enabling us to offer down to 12.5mm cores, commonly used for Penalty Charge rolls and other hand held printing applications.
